About TechyGo

TechyGo is a small, independent website with a simple purpose: to give you something fun to play in the next thirty seconds. Every game here opens straight in your browser. There is nothing to install, no account to create and nothing to pay.

What you will find here

The site is a collection of casual games sorted into nine categories: action, adventure, arcade, girls, IO, puzzle, racing, shooting and sports. Some are tests of reflexes that last half a minute. Others are quiet puzzles you can take your time over. What they have in common is that they start quickly and explain themselves in a sentence or two.

We would rather offer a modest number of games that work properly than thousands that nobody has looked at. Each game has its own page, with a description written by us, clear instructions and honest advice on how to do well.

How we choose games

A game earns a place on TechyGo if it meets a few plain tests.

It has to load fast. If you are waiting at a bus stop on a patchy connection, a game that takes a minute to appear is no use to you.

It has to work on a phone as well as on a computer. Most of the games here can be played with one finger, and where a keyboard helps, touch controls are there too.

It has to be suitable for a general audience. We keep the catalogue free of gore, gambling and anything we would not be comfortable with a child seeing over a parent's shoulder.

And it has to be fair. No tricks to make you tap on things, no fake download buttons, no demands for personal details before you can play.

How the site is paid for

TechyGo is free to use, and it is supported by advertising. Ads appear between sections of a page. We do not place them on top of a game or lay them out to look like part of one. If you would rather not see personalised ads, you can decline them in the cookie notice, and our privacy policy explains what that means in practice.

We do not sell anything, and we do not ask for an email address.

Playing on phones, tablets and computers

The site is designed to be comfortable on a small screen. Game pages have a full screen button, and on a phone the game area is made taller so there is room for your thumbs. The site follows your device's light or dark setting, and you can switch it yourself with the button at the top of any page.

If you play more than once, the home page shows the games you opened most recently so you can get back to them quickly. That list is kept in your own browser and is not sent to us.

The blog

Alongside the games we publish short articles for casual players: how to pick a game worth your time, how to improve a high score, and why simple games are so easy to love. You will find them on the blog.

Get in touch

We like hearing from players. If a game is not working, if you have spotted a mistake in a description, or if you have made a game that you think belongs here, please use the contact page or email support@techygo.tech. Copyright questions can be sent the same way, and our terms explain what to include.

Thank you for visiting, and enjoy the games.
