Before you write
We read every message that comes through this form. A few details make it much easier for us to help, so here is what to include for the most common reasons people get in touch.
Reporting a game that is not working
Tell us which game it is, and what happened. "It does not work" is hard to act on. "The screen stays dark after I tap full screen" is something we can test. It also helps a great deal to know what you are playing on: a phone, a tablet or a computer, and which browser, for example Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
Before you send the report, it is worth trying two quick things. Reload the page, and if you have an ad blocker or a privacy extension, switch it off for a moment to see whether the game starts. Sometimes those tools stop a game from loading. If either of these fixes the problem, we would still like to hear about it.
Correcting a mistake
If a description is wrong, the instructions do not match the game, or you have found a typing error, please point us to the page. We would much rather be corrected than stay wrong.
Suggesting a game
We are always interested in good browser games. If you are a developer and would like your game to appear on TechyGo, send us a link where we can play it and confirm that you own it or have the right to license it. We look for games that load quickly, work on touchscreens and are suitable for all ages. We cannot add games that belong to someone else without their permission, however much we might like them.
If you are a player and simply wish we had a certain kind of game, tell us that too. Knowing that people want more puzzles, or more two-minute sports games, helps us decide what to look for next.
Copyright and removal requests
If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, write to us here and include the address of the page, a description of the original work and how we can reach you. Our terms list everything a notice should contain.
Advertising questions
The ads on TechyGo are supplied by Google AdSense, and we do not choose the individual adverts. If you see one that seems inappropriate for a family site, let us know what it was advertising and which page it appeared on, and we will look into blocking it.
Privacy questions
If you have a question about how information is handled, or you would like us to delete a message you sent earlier, say so in the form. The details are in our privacy policy.
What happens next
Your message is delivered to us by email at support@techygo.tech, and you are welcome to write to that address directly if you prefer. We use your address only to reply, and we do not add it to any mailing list. We answer the messages that need an answer, in the order they arrive. If your message is a bug report or a correction, the reply may simply be the fix appearing on the site.
One request: please do not put passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form. We will never ask for them.
