Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what information TechyGo handles when you visit, why, and what choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language. The short version is that you can use the whole site without telling us who you are.
No accounts and no sign-up
You do not need to register, log in or give a name or email address to play any game on TechyGo. We do not run user profiles, and we do not ask for payment details, because nothing on the site is for sale.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, the server that hosts TechyGo keeps standard log records. These typically include your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, the pages you requested and the date and time. We use this information to keep the site secure, to diagnose faults and to understand in general terms how much the site is used.
When a game page is opened, we add one to a counter for that game so that we can show which games are popular. The counter is only a number. It does not record who played.
The contact form
If you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. They are delivered to us by email and are used only to read and answer your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
Cookies and advertising
TechyGo is funded by advertising, and we use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver ads, to limit how often you see the same one and to measure how ads perform. Where personalised advertising is allowed, these cookies may also be used to show ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
When you first arrive, a notice asks whether you accept this or would prefer to decline personalised ads. If you decline, we ask Google to serve non-personalised ads instead. These are chosen using the content of the page and your general location, not your browsing history. Cookies may still be used for purposes such as preventing fraud and counting ad views.
You can also manage ad personalisation in your Google Ad Settings, and many advertising companies offer an opt-out at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses information from sites that show its ads at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Things saved in your browser
To make the site more convenient, your browser stores a few small items on your own device: your answer to the cookie notice, whether you chose the light or dark theme, and a short list of the games you played most recently. This information stays in your browser. It is not sent to our server, and you can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Games from other developers
Most games on TechyGo are hosted by us. Some may be provided by outside developers and loaded from their own servers. When you play one of those, the developer's server will receive standard technical information such as your IP address, and their own privacy practices apply.
Children
TechyGo is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal details through the contact form, please let us know and we will delete the message.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, the law may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. Since we hold very little, such requests are usually simple to deal with. Write to us through the contact page and we will do our best to help.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Please look back from time to time.
